Tele-Mapping Adoption Grows in Indian CI Centres
Manufacturer remote-care platforms are gaining adoption in Indian CI centres — letting audiologists fine-tune cochlear implants remotely for users in smaller cities and rural areas.
All three major manufacturers offer remote programming platforms. Indian centres are increasingly using tele-mapping to follow up with users from Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities without requiring travel. This is improving follow-up adherence and accelerating mapping refinement.
